I pat myself on the back for communication and making sure my clients know I am 100% committed to the event they are planning. You can expect fast response times always, I give my clients their well deserved time and attention to the day they are planning and promise to not leave you hanging in the middle of planning!

PRE-WEDDING INFORMATION & PLANNING

After your deposit is paid, we will plan & schedule your engagement session or venue walk. You will also get an initial questionnaire to help us get the broad strokes of what your day will look like, but trust … you don’t need to have all the details, YOU’RE STILL PLANNING THIS THING! You will also receive emails with helpful information to include:

• What to think about months before the wedding

• How to not let your wedding rush by

• Tips for a stress free wedding morning (for him & her)

• Is a First Look right for your day?

Around 60 days prior to your wedding we will start finalizing your photo timeline and ensure there is adequate time for everything. I don’t like anyone feeling rushed on their big day! Lastly, around 30 days prior to your wedding, you will receive a more detailed questionnaire to ensure we have have family and important member names of the wedding party + a list of your incredible vendors so we can share images with them and give them proper credit in social media posts.

PEACE OF MIND

There are no do-overs for your wedding day and I will be there so dang excited to celebrate with you! I come equipped with two camera bodies so if one randomly fails (yay technology/electronics) I can still rock your day. I have lighting equipment for any venue or setting so I don’t have to rely 100% on natural light for rockin portraits. I also shoot with dual SD cards (1 primary and 1backup) making sure I have all your images backed up as I go and keep those cards on me until they get loaded on my external hard drives which are also backed up in two locations. Annnnd, I have an incredible network of outstanding photographers all over the country. Seriously, in todays world if you don’t plan ahead you can be in quite the pickle at the last minute - if I am sick or have an emergency, I have a backup plan to make sure you still get an incredible photographer to take the images but I will still edit and deliver your gallery. All of this to show you I care deeply about you and making sure you have an incredible & stress-free experience!
