Wednesday we woke up at 4am and drove to the parking lot for the Delicate Arch (it’s the most famous arch and on the Utah license plate) … we underestimated the hike, it was a bit more intense then we anticipated when you take the 5000+ elevation in to count … I can’t breath!!! haha …

We couldn’t have asked for a better day to be at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood, Oregon. The sun was out and the view was impeccable. We started off playing on the backside of the lodge and then moved to the West edge of Timberline’s parking lot to a beautiful tree’d area with a view as the sun started to set.

On this day the wind was blowing around 50mph in the gorge and there was almost no chance for outdoor portraits but the lighting in this home was so beautiful and we were able to sneak out for a couple shots without being blown away.
